1. About Testini

Testini is an online platform for practising for exams such as IELTS and TOEFL. It offers practice tests, mock exams, writing and speaking exercises, study materials and AI-generated feedback. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Testini.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use Testini.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell or publish our questions, audio, materials or results;
  • use bots, scripts or other automated means to take tests or scrape content;
  • share your account, or take an exam on behalf of someone else;
  • upload unlawful, offensive or malicious content;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Practice results and AI feedback

Testini is a practice tool. Scores, band estimates and written or spoken feedback — including feedback produced by artificial intelligence — are estimates meant to help you improve. They are not official exam results, are not endorsed by any exam body, and may contain mistakes. They do not guarantee any result in a real exam.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the answers, essays and recordings you submit. You give us the right to store and process them to run the service for you, including sending them to our AI providers to generate feedback (see our Privacy Policy), and to show them to instructors or administrators who review your work.

6. Our content

The questions, materials, design and software on Testini belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal study only.

7. Paid features

Some features may require points or a purchase. Prices and what each purchase includes are shown before you pay. Unless the law says otherwise, purchases of digital content that you have already started to use are not refundable. Contact us if something went wrong with a payment.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep Testini available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Testini after a change means you accept it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Testini is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you take based on practice results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have by law as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without removing any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, including within the European Union.
